Hi-Fi
The sound of Hi-Fi is created by combining electronic dance music, jazz and many other indefinable genres. The band was founded in 2002 by Petr Wajsar - in his own right a complete phenomenon on the Czech scene. Besides composing classical music for the Czech Philharmonic, he also composes music for the vocal sextet Skety. But besides that he has two other bands: Develooper and Hi-Fi, and it is with the latter that he is now coming back to Povaleč after 10 years. Hi-Fi's music is based on playful lyrics and funk with elements of electronica, so don't be surprised if you catch yourself singing along: "Tygá, tuf tegeduf, digestoř, digestoř" (yes, it's complete gibberish).

Kvietah
Magdalena Fendrychová, also known as Kvietah, writes songs in various genres – from rock-influenced and pop to world music. In her lyrics, she uses imagery from everyday life to express emotions and also touches on political themes that resonate within society. Kvietah performs in different formations – this year, she’s coming to Povaleč with her full band!

Biftech & Keetah
Tandem Biftech & Keetah love heavy bass and juicy rhythms. From dubstep through UK garage to bassline, they slice up thick cuts and serve them straight to the dancefloor. A solid 140 BPM portion. As the resident DJs of the Shunka Crew collective, they’ve managed to get all kinds of dancefloors moving — not only at the legendary Libová Shunka parties. Come have a taste!

Brigitte Noir
After more than a decade of performing, there’s nothing left to chase. These days, Brigitte Noir prefers hiking in the mountains over late-night dancing and regular DJ gigs. However, there are places that still bring a smile to her face – and the Povaleč festival is one of them. She’ll treat you to an energetic blend of breakbeat, UKG, and house.

Malcuth & Facutum is a collaboration of two producers from Prague. The project blends forward thinking sound design and more traditional hip hop sampling methods and grooves . With emphasis on heavy basslines , fresh rhythms , darker cinematic moods and melodic elements , their tracks leave a profound artistic impression whilst keeping the feet move on the dance floor .

Ejczka
Ejczka (Jan Horyna) is a DJ and promoter from Prague, active since 2009. He’s known for his selection of hypnotic dark psytrance, forest, and old-school tracks. Besides psytrance, he occasionally explores deep & autonomic drum and bass as well as future garage. He co-organizes Der Klang events at Cross Club and contributes to festivals like Bio and UFO BUFO.

Mi
The infamous Prague band Mi was formed at Sokol in Vinohrady, but they are not sad guys. They may not know how to spell, but their music says everything they have to say. Their songs range from Smíchov pubs and rock'n'roll to bonfires and lullabies for children. Popular frontman Vaclav Krutsky has swapped the harmonica for the identical sound of a 1989 Yamaha keyboard, which create just as unforgettable memories.

Ufajr
"We play post-rock, math-rock, emcee and mainly songs about love." That's how UFAJR or Untitled For A Just Reason describe themselves. No, we're kidding, that's not what it stands for. The name shall remain a mystery. Ufajr are the secret post-rock greats who form the backbone of the Povaleč programme, where they have been returning irregularly since its fourth edition. Their spellbinding mix of slashing guitars and dreamy vocals, driven forward by keyboards and drums, is second to none. Just close your eyes and you're on another planet.

Pyraboyz
Two smart guys Sosr and Spiralshawty, like a two-headed sled with an integrated chatbot in the microphone, are ready to irritate the sound engineers, confuse old-school hip-hop heads and put a lot of questions in everyone under the stage. You can look forward to a load of broken beats and inflated verses with minimal playback and freaky improvisation.

Manon Meurt
After four long years, Manon Meurt returns to Povaleč - representatives of the genre with the catchy name of shoegaze. That's the kind of music where everyone in the band is so busy playing their instruments that it seems like they're fiercly examining their own shoes the whole concert. But in reality, they're at it creating lean melodies backed by ethereal vocals, confidently graduating from intimate passages to epic climaxes.

Omnion
A true musical trip in a danceable disguise — welcome to the one-man self-looping orchestra. Omnion is the sonic playground of multi-instrumentalist, producer, and composer Tomáš Reindl. His psychedelic electronic soundscapes flow together with live instruments like tabla, keys, trombone, clarinet, voice, didgeridoo, kanjira, fujara, and blues harmonica — all woven together and reshaped in real time through live processing. Let yourself drift — Omnion will take you on a journey beyond genres, where music flows free and boundaries melt away.

Howdy, folks! Already legendary vinyl DJs duo present the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. It started as a joke. It continues as a joke. But you're seriously gonna enjoy it. Two of the best vinyl DJs far and wide playing everything from David Bowie to Wabi Danek.
Bíťák Aleš plays ‘all the rock classics’™. He will present his legendary selection of rock flicks on vinyl which traditionally kicks off the Povaleč festival.
Folkáč Johy is his longtime partner whose musical range is truly wide - from blues, to chansons, rockabilly, swing, soul and funk to country & western. Come say hi!

The rap scene is about to see a gigantic wave, because these jokers have decided to unleash a tsunami. Samurai, Gem, Parazit, Baron, Aletheia and Fekur - this group successfully mixes fast drum'n'bass rhythms with strict rap preaching. Their lyrics reflect rebellion and therapy and everything in between.

AGSTASHE
Behind the name AGSTASHE stands a 21-year-old composer, producer, singer, and rapper. With an American father, it’s no surprise that he creates exclusively in English. Honestly, we don’t think there’s anyone else on the Czech scene who delivers English-language rap quite like this - humble, but with a real American sound which he brings to local ears.

Alternative rap meets post-punk, indie, and a touch of theatrical flair. Matyáš is a Prague-based musician blending raw emotion with fictional worlds through his music and he’s doing it brilliantly. His message? “If you ran like me, you probably couldn’t keep up.”
